A judge has ordered a New Jersey actor accused in a road rage shooting near Stockton University to be held in jail until his trial. Ernest Heinz appeared in court virtually. Police say earlier this month, Heinz pulled up alongside a woman's vehicle and shot her in the face before driving off. It led to a shelter-in-place at Stockton University. Heinz is scheduled to be back in court on Oct. 31.
