A Pennsylvania prosecutor this week announced charges against two teenagers accused of using their cars for dangerous social media challenges

In the first case, a 17-year-old boy allegedly used a rope to tie an upside-down folding table to the back of his car to pull a friend behind him on top of the table

In the second case, a 19-year-old allegedly drove while her 20-year-old friend stood on the trunk to "surf"

Two Pennsylvania teens have been charged after a 17-year-old was killed and a 20-year-old was left with permanent "catastrophic head injuries" while attempting dangerous social media challenges with their cars, authorities said.
