EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- A loving and caring human being.
That's how Robert Chavez, director of the El Paso Fashion Week, remembers 21-year-old Mia Molina, one of the individuals who died in a shooting on Wednesday, Sept. 24, in Central El Paso.
As KTSM reported, four people -- two men and two women -- were critically injured after a shooting near the El Paso Police Department headquarters, at the intersection of Montana and Raynor.
Three people have died: Uriel Ontiveros, Victoria Whitman and Molina.
El Paso police later identified Ontiveros as the offender who allegedly killed Molina and Whitman. The other man, 59, has not been identified and is still in critical condition.
Organizers with El Paso Fashion Week confirmed Molina's death in a Facebook post hours after the shooting on S
