Suspect in Dallas ICE shooting acted alone, was targeting agents, officials say

Nancy Larson, the acting U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Texas, said a collection of notes found at Joshua Jahn's residence showed an animus toward ICE agents and that he had been planning the attack for some time.
