HARLINGEN, Texas (Border Report) -- Texas Department of Public Safety troopers say they stopped a box truck in rural Zapata County and found four Mexican migrants being smuggled inside a false compartment in the vehicle.

Jasid Alejandro Ulloa-Corea, 24, of Honduras, was arrested and charged with felony smuggling after troopers stopped the truck he was driving Monday evening near the small border town of Falcon. DPS says he had four migrants who had crossed the border illegally hiding in a false compartment that had been cut behind the front seats of the vehicle's cab area.

He was driving a truck full of water tanks and had an expired license tag, troopers said on a video of the DPS arrest.

DPS says Ulloa-Corea is illegally in the United States. He has been booked into the Zapata County
