Human remains found near a remote wooded area have been positively identified as Travis Decker , the 32-year-old father accused of murdering his three daughters near a Washington state campground this summer, officials said. Both the DNA on clothing and human remains found on Sept. 18 came back as a "positive match for Travis Decker," Chelan County Sheriff Mike Morrison announced on Thursday.
