A woman charged in connection with the killing and dismemberment of a South Jersey man will remain in jail while she awaits trial, a judge ruled this week.
Three people are charged in the case of Harold “Hal” Miller Jr. , who was reported missing by his family in June.
Investigators believe that Miller, 48, of Deptford, was shot to death in a Camden home. His remains have not been found.
Everton R. Thomas , 41, of Camden, is charged with killing Miller. Thomas’ wife, Sherrie M. Parker, 41, and his son, Deshawn J. Thomas, 23, are accused of helping to dispose of the victim’s body, according to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
