WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – A Wichita man shot his cousin in the stomach after an argument about one of the men’s dogs defecating indoors, a newly released court affidavit says.

On the evening of September 7, officers responded to the 1200 block of North Grove in Wichita to the report of a shooting. Officers found a 25-year-old man inside a vehicle in a driveway with a gunshot wound to the midsection. Download PDF
