ASHLAND, Wis. (Northern News Now) - The Northland College campus in Ashland is officially for sale.

The college closed in May after financial struggles.

Newmark has listed Northland College’s 100-acre campus for sale.

Newmark is a commercial real estate company with an office in Milwaukee.

According to the listing, the full campus is for sale.

That includes educational buildings, the athletic and fitness center, and residence halls.

According to Ashland County land records, Northland College sold a handful of properties in the past year.

Chequamegon Bay Friends of the Field Inc. bought the softball and baseball fields last month.
