Bill Bedenbaugh is on a recruiting streak Thursday morning.

Minutes after flipping five-star offensive tackle Cooper Hackett from Texas Tech, OU football's offensive line coach landed a commitment from four-star offensive tackle Kaeden Penny. Penny is largely considered Oklahoma's No. 2 recruit behind Hackett.

Penny, a 6-foot-4, 265-pound recruit from Bixby, chose the Sooners over finalists LSU and Ohio State.
