(FOX40.COM)—A federal judge denied Annibal Hernandez Santana bail Thursday afternoon. The man accused of shooting into ABC10's building last Friday will remain in custody until trial.
After hearing arguments from both sides, the judge quickly decided they cannot assure Hernandez Santana is not a threat to society. This decision came amid new findings presented by prosecutors.
Fox40 obtained access to new court documents, which provided greater insight into why prosecutors believe the 64-year-old man is a threat to the public.
