The Roosevelt Room opened at 1907 Brewing Company in downtown Morristown with its inaugural event in July 2023, the wedding of Owner Brandon Tommasoni and Sabrina Seaman. Their ceremony was followed by the nuptials of two more staff members

1907 Brewing Company General Manager Leslie Beach has been on the job for nearly three years and was a witness to the venue emerging from an extensive renovation into the second and third floors of the 1907 building.

The public opening was in December 2023, featuring a concert.

“We had a little over 100 for that show, so it was really well-received,” Beach said.
