Lillith Morrison lives near red bank road and says she is surrounded by construction.

"At my apartment complex, there is only one way out,” Morrison said. “So when Rosenberger closed everyone kind of redirected to Red Bank. And I would end up just sitting there a long time waiting to turn left to just get to work."

Morrison says she does not expect it to get better anytime soon. Last week, INDOT changed the traffic pattern moving westbound traffic to new lanes. A few days later a woman died in a crash in that area. That crash is still under investigation. This week, two people were ta
