SALIFE meets 7NEWS reporter and dairy farmer Casey Treloar, who will next month host a gala evening for the Sophie’s Legacy charity, raising awareness for the mental health challenges faced by veterinary industry workers – a cause close to her heart.

Describe the best day of your life.

It was the day I realised I’d achieved my biggest goal in life. That was to be a reporter for the biggest cow show in the world. The dream turned into a reality last year when I travelled to Wisconsin in the USA to represent a media organisation called Cowsmopolitan – where I was a roving reporter, producing live interviews with the biggest and most successful cow people in the world. I’m so thrilled to be asked back again this year.
