One person was taken to the hospital Thursday night after reportedly being struck by a vehicle on a busy Summit Township Road.

Calls went out for a pedestrian vs vehicle crash in the 8400 block of Peach Street just after 9:30 p.m. Thursday night, requiring the road to shut down from Robinson to Dorn Road.

Police said the victim was taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries and they're investigating.
