GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - Graves County Chief Deputy Jeremy Prince says a Calloway County woman is charged with her third DUI after a car crash near Mayfield, Kentucky.
Investigators say the driver of a Ford pick-up was in a turn lane trying to turn left off of KY East 80 when a minivan driven by Trisia Miller hit the truck from behind.
The truck came to rest in the eastbound lanes of KY East 80.
The driver of the truck and two small children in the truck were not injured.
Miller was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
Chief Deputy Prince says Miller failed a field sobriety check, and once she was medically cleared, she was arrested.
Miller faces charges of driving under the influence, 3rd offense - aggravating circumstances, three counts of wanton endangerment, operating on
