DENVER (KDVR) — A Denver business is hosting a fundraiser on Saturday to help support the family of Matthew Silverstone, an 18-year-old student who was shot on Sept. 10 during the Evergreen High School shooting.

Silverstone's family, alongside the 14-year-old boy who was also shot during the incident, have been asking for privacy during this time. However, the Silverstones have been more apt to share pictures, memories and more about who Matthew is with the community.

The Cow Lot, a family-owned business in Denver, is hosting a fundraiser from midnight to midnight on Saturday. The company sells western hats and accessories and will be donating 25% of sales to the Silverstone family.
