New Delhi (17.09.2025): Uncertainty still prevails over the appointment of Member, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCRDC) with former Haryana DGP and former DG of RPF Manoj Yadava (Retd IPS: 1988: HY) and Sumita Dawra (Retd IAS: 1991: AP), former Labour Secretary, being in the reckoning for the post.

Though, Manoj Yadava, former Haryana DGP was appointed as Director General of Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA) recently but his name is still there on the panel for the NCDRC.

There are, at present, nine members in NCDRC and Justice Amreshwar Pratap Sahi is its President.
