Lucknow (22.09.2025): BJP MLA from Sarojini Nagar has organised special screening of the film Ajey: The Untold Story of a Yogi which is based on the life of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath . The release of the film was delayed by Censors. The film is based on Shantanu Gupta’s book ‘The Monk Who Became Chief Minister ’, which finally got released in over 500 screens across India and many globally. The film traces the spiritual and political transformation of , a boy from the hills of Uttarakhand who rose to become the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh. Directed by Ravindra Gautam, the film follows Ajey (Anant Joshi) running a bus in his hometown.
