Srinagar, September 26 : The Meteorological Centre Srinagar today issued a weather forecast for Jammu and Kashmir, indicating a mix of dry and wet weather conditions over the next few days.

A dry spell is expected to prevail from September 26 to 30. This dry period is likely to extend until October 5, late afternoon/evening.

However, a change in weather pattern is expected from October 6 to 8, with generally cloudy skies and few spells of light rain predicted at isolated to scattered places in J&K. Higher reaches and extremely higher reaches may experience light snowfall during this period.
