Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will address the United Nations General Assembly in New York today, facing one of the most hostile international landscapes in his long career.

With the Gaza war grinding on and recognition of a Palestinian state spreading among Western capitals, Netanyahu arrives at the UN as a leader increasingly seen as isolated, legally embattled, diplomatically cornered, and politically constrained.
