Delaware State ’s visit to Sacred Heart was precious last year because it was the site of the Hornets’ lone football win.

They return to Fairfield, Connecticut, this week aiming to demonstrate how much better they’ve gotten under first-year coach DeSean Jackson.

Delaware State (3-1) and Sacred Heart (3-1) kick off at noon at Campus Field on Sept. 27.

DSU is seeking its first four-game win streak since 2012.
