Diljit Dosanjh and Imtiaz Ali have made the nation proud by bagging nominations at the International Emmy Awards 2025. Diljit Dosanjh has been nominated for the ‘Best Performance by an Actor’ award for his portrayal of the legendary Punjabi singer Chamkila in the Netflix biographical drama, Amar Singh Chamkila. The film itself has been nominated in the Best TV Movie/Mini Series category. Diljit credits his nomination to Imtiaz Ali, and the filmmaker has also expressed his heartfelt gratitude.
