Minneapolis mayoral candidate debate highlights key city issues

The Citizens League is hosting a debate with five candidates vying to be the next Minneapolis mayor at 8 a.m. Friday. This year’s election is on Nov. 4 and uses ranked-choice voting. Early voting began Sept. 19.
