The local nonprofit leader who was busted by the feds for allegedly dealing crack cocaine has a long criminal history, including hiding 30 bags of drugs in his rectum and facing sex trafficking charges.

Javan Tooley, 36, of Dorchester and Brockton — who runs a legal firm that provides community re-entry support services, and helps with sealing CORI records — was recently indicted by a federal grand jury for distributing crack cocaine.

This isn’t the first time that Tooley has been accused of dealing crack cocaine. Back in 2010, he was convicted in Boston federal court and sentenced to five years in prison after he dealt cocaine base to an undercover Boston cop.
