A 22-year-old dolphin named Bimini has tragically died a "miserable death" in a concrete tank at the contentious Miami Seaquarium, with animal rights groups claiming she was "denied proper care." The bottlenosed dolphin sadly passed away on 16 September due to a "chronic" health condition that heightened her susceptibility to severe respiratory problems. ‌

The Dolphin Company, which operates Miami Seaquarium , disclosed that Bimini suffered from "pronounced tracheal stenosis, explaining her respiratory difficulties"
