TULLY, NY – For someone who calls herself “not a snow person” and not particularly interested in seeing any more leaves fall, Susan Manson has called home a perfect spot for both of those things.

The Alabama native moved north from Florida about three-and-a-half years ago with her husband, Merrill Emfinger, to care for her aging parents.
