New Delhi: Meat suspected of being pork has been found in a parcel sent to a mosque in Singapore. Home Minister K. Shanmugam said the act was akin to ‘playing with fire’ in a multi-ethnic community. Channel News Asia, quoting the minister, said in a report on Thursday, September 25, that this was not an isolated incident; there have been ‘similar cases’ of meat being sent to other mosques recently, which the police are investigating.
