A video that recently went viral on social media has raised serious concerns about rider safety. Titled “When your Rapido driver is DRUNK, so you have to drop yourself at home,” it shows a man in Mumbai facing an unusual and alarming situation.

The person had booked a ride through a bike taxi-hailing service , only to find that the driver who arrived to pick him up was allegedly intoxicated. While most people in such a scenario might cancel the ride immediately, the man chose a different course of action.

He later posted the video on Instagram, showing himself riding a two-wheeler while the assigned driver rode pillion. The clip also captures a short conversation between them, though the audio is mostly incoherent.
