Gov. Stein pushes for federal support for Helene recovery in interview with the Weather Channel

Speaking to the Weather Channel, Gov. Stein said it's standard for the federal government to pay 40-50% of damages back to a state after a natural disaster, but North Carolina has only received 9%.
