COCOA, Fla. – Florida Lt. Gov. Jay Collins will hold a news conference Friday morning in Cocoa.

Collins will be joined at 10:30 a.m. by Brevard Country Sheriff Wayne Ivey and Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Executive Director Dave Kerner at the sheriff’s office.
