Halsey is getting candid with fans.

The “Control” singer—who in 2024 shared her diagnoses with lupus and a rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder, an umbrella term for diseases related to the overproduction of white blood cells—gave an update to fans about her health as she prepares for an exciting next step in her career.

“Just coming on here to give you guys a speed round of updates,” she began a Sept. 25 TikTok . “Just did another few sessions of chemo, had a new port placed.”

And indeed, in the clip Halsey has medical tape on her collar bone and chest. Chemotherapy is often used to treat T-cell lymphoproliferative disorders, targeting the abnormal cells.
