The rookie forward was a Sarnia Sting second-round pick in the 2025 Ontario Hockey League draft.

Newly acquired Legionnaires goalie Andrew Gaulton made 46 saves in front of 767 at Pat Stapleton Arena.

Gaulton is also a Sting prospect. The 19-year-old from Bowmanville was traded last season to the Sting by the Sudbury Wolves for goalie Karsen Chartier while playing for the OJHL’s Niagara Falls Canucks.

Lucas Minard scored twice for the Warriors and Gage Hurst made 30 saves.

The Legionnaires are 0-6-0-0 in the Greater Ontario Hockey League. They’ve been outscored 44-3.
