The All Naga Students’ Association, Manipur (ANSAM) has written to Manipur Governor, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, Chief Secretary Puneet Kumar Goel, and the Chairman of the Hill Areas Committee (HAC), raising objections to the recent notification issued by the Secretariat, Land Resources Department, Government of Manipur, on September 18, 2025, regarding the procedure for sale, purchase, and registration of land in the state.
