A recent letter to The Republican — headlined “Be clear about who said what” — criticized two previous letters about Charlie Kirk, the prominent right-wing activist tragically assassinated while speaking at a Utah Valley University debate. The letter rightly pointed out, “These articles made broad general statements with no specific quotes as reference.”
