Priya Kapur, Karisma Kapoor 's kids Samaira Kapoor and Kiaan Raj Kapoor have submitted before the Delhi High Court that neither they or their counsel would give interviews or information related to the case to press. This was after Priya Kapur moved an application saying that she would submit list of personal assets and liabilities of late husband in a sealed cover. Under the clause, both of them would be bound under confidentiality agreement.

The list will be made in a sealed cover but copies would be given to all parties. These include Karisma Kapoor 's kids as well as Rani Surinder Kapur, the mother of late Sunjay Kapur .
