PHOENIX — With the end of the month just days away, a government shutdown is becoming a serious possibility.

Republican and Democratic leaders still haven’t agreed on a plan to keep the government open. Funding is currently set to run out next Tuesday, Sept. 30.

This all started Tuesday, Sept. 23. That's when President Donald Trump cancelled a meeting with top Congressional Democrats.

Arizona Congressman Greg Stanton, D-District 4, shared his frustration after it happened.
