Ex-Narcotics officer Sameer Wankhede plea against Aryan Khan's show The Ba**ds of Bollywood was rejected by Delhi High Court.

The Delhi High Court on Friday questioned Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer and former NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede’s defamation case against Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan’s production house, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Netflix. The petition claimed that the Netflix show, The Ba**ds of Bollywood, had damaged Sameer Wankhede’s reputation.

Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav questioned Wankhede’s lawyer on how the plea could be considered maintainable in Delhi. The court said, “Your plaint is not maintainable here in Delhi.
