Partizan Belgrade announced the addition of Finnish NBA prospect and 2025 EuroBasket standout Miikka Muurinen. The 18-year-old forward is leaving his school in the USA and will begin his professional career in the EuroLeague.

At Partizan, Muurinen will get the opportunity to develop under Zeljko Obradovic , the winningest coach ever in the EuroLeague.

Muurinen’s agent had stated that his client is exploring options in Europe and Australia . His mother, former basketball player Jenni Laaksonen, mentioned earlier on Friday that her son has long admired the style of Serbian teams and Panathinaikos Athens.
