WASHINGTON CO . – This week, the Washington County Prosecutor’s Office and the Washington County Sheriff’s Department have filed criminal charges against Marcus Miller after an investigation into allegations of long-term sexual abuse.

According to a joint statement from the agencies, Miller, 37, appeared at the Sheriff’s Department on July 2, 2025, and admitted to repeated inappropriate sexual contact with a victim. The abuse allegedly began when the victim was 12 years old and continued for several years in various locations throughout Washington County. The victim, now 19, later confirmed the abuse in an interview on July 24, 2025.
