SRINAGAR : The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday attached the immovable properties of a Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) operative involved in the supply of arms and ammunition to active militants of the banned outfit for promoting terrorist activities in the Kashmir Valley. The NIA said that on the orders of the NIA Special Court, Jammu, the agency has attached the immovable properties of Tariq Ahmad Mir, an accused who was arrested in April 2025 in the case RC-01/2020/NIA/JMU.

The attached properties included a concrete, single-storey residential building built on land measuring 780 sq. ft. under Survey No. 82 Min, recorded as Shamilat (Khahcharai) in Village Maldera, District Shopian, and a piece of land measuring 08 Marlas,
