HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - There is a heavy police presence in Downtown Houston after a defendant was allegedly rushed to the hospital.

According to Harris County Constable Precinct 1, initial reports are that a defendant was waiting for sentencing in the Harris County Criminal Justice Center and was rushed away in an ambulance after ingesting drugs.
