Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ‘s speech at the United Nations General Assembly on Friday was broadcast on the cellphones of Palestinians in Gaza and on loudspeakers near the border.

“Thanks to special efforts by Israeli intelligence, my words are now also being carried — they’re streamed live to the cellphones of Gaza. So, to the remaining Hamas leaders and to the jailers of our hostages, I now say, ‘Lay down your arms,'” proclaimed Netanyahu, whose speech was boycotted by dozens of representatives.
