A complaint filed by the husband of Mike Heslin alleges the 30-year-old “Lioness” actor might still be alive had the staff at a Las Vegas Mexican restaurant properly assisted him when a medical emergency occurred in June 2024.

Musician Scotty Dynamo contends in a wrongful death complaint obtained by People that Javier’s restaurant staffers at Aria Resort & Casino and MGM Resort International failed to perform lifesaving measures when Heslin’s party moved their table out of the way, called for help and laid the victim on the floor when he fell ill.

The lawsuit alleges workers neglected to perform CPR or provide an automated external defibrillator. When one woman attempted to perform chest compression,s employees were said to have “forcefully interfered” with her efforts.
