SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – Multiple New Mexico state agencies will host an auto auction in October for vehicles retired for age and mileage, equipment, and more.

The auction will be held at the New Mexico Department of Public Safety Law Enforcement Academy Training Track, 4491 Cerillos Road in Santa Fe, on Oct. 18 at 9:30 a.m.

Viewing and inspection will take place before the auction on the following dates • Thursday, Oct. 16, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. • Friday, Oct. 17, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

New Mexico Department of Public Safety is hosting the event in collaboration with the Department of Game and Fish, Santa Fe County, City of Santa Fe, and the Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources Department.

Payments can be made via cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer. All items are sold "as is".
