OKLAHOMA CITY — Tulsa Community College was the higher education institution in Oklahoma apparently most impacted by a recent court ruling that undocumented students may no longer pay in-state tuition rates to attend public colleges or universities.
According to information provided by the State Regents for Higher Education, 139 students at TCC were affected.
Angela Caddell, a media representative for the regents, said in an email that a recent review of data showed a total of 376 students were affected across the state’s public higher education system.
