A man with a history of taking voyeuristic photographs in a public restroom has once again been arrested, this time for drug distribution. The Moffat County Sheriff’s Office announced that the All Crimes Enforcement Team performed a search warrant on a residence and “48-year-old Dustin Hyatt and 46-year-old Tanya Vallejos were arrested on charges related to the Illegal Distribution of Controlled Substances (Methamphetamine). Due to the significant quantity of methamphetamine seized, both individuals face Class 1 Drug Felonies. Hyatt, a previously convicted felon, also faces additional charges of Possession of Weapons by a Previous Offender after officers recovered a rifle, three handguns, and other weapons inside the apartment.” Hyatt’s voyeurism arrest took place in March of this year and
