The Democratic National Committee announced a six-figure investment in downballot races in Pennsylvania this week, specifically targeting elections for the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court.
The DNC will provide grassroots campaign support to retain supreme court justices Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty, and David Wecht in the election this November. The investment will support the Pennsylvania Democratic Party’s on-the-ground voter contact efforts this year, including for direct mail and event outreach to voters.
After dozens of special election victories in state-level races in 2025, the DNC is all in on Pennsylvania for November. Control of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court will have lasting effects on fundamental freedoms in the Keystone State, including abortion funding and access,
