Tensions were high when protesters tried blocking an SUV outside a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement processing center in Chicago. Protesters can be seen trying to stand in front of the vehicle as it drove slowly with agents eventually firing pepper balls and deploying tear gas canisters to disperse the crowd.
