Co-op is launching a new concept and look with its 'on the go' micro stores – and Greater Manchester is getting one of the very first.

Co-op is growing the the mini store format with the launch of a new store in the busy Stamford Quarter of Altrincham, the first of Co-op’s new concept stores to launch in the north west.

The new stores will feature exclusive products and and brand new deli-selection s.

Co-op’s ‘on the go’ concept will 'focus on a range dedicated to serving the growing ‘food-on-the-go’ consumer culture, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner in exciting new formats, from traditional meal deals to the inclusion of a hot food serve-over counter and deli-inspired selections', says the food shop giant.
